Everything you need to know about our UPVC doors, windows, and architectural solutions. Can't find the answer? Contact us directly.

UPVC (Unplasticised Polyvinyl Chloride) is a rigid, chemical-resistant plastic used in modern door and window frames. Unlike wood, it never rots, warps, or requires repainting. Compared to aluminium, it provides superior thermal insulation — keeping your home cooler in summer and warmer in winter. It is also termite-proof, rust-free, and requires minimal upkeep over its lifespan.

We offer a wide range of styles to suit every requirement:

  • Doors: Casement, sliding, French, tilt-and-turn, and flush doors
  • Windows: Sliding, casement, fixed, bay, and tilt-and-turn windows
  • Speciality: Office partitions, glass partitions, modular glass railings, S.S. railings, and mosquito mesh systems

All products are available in multiple colour and finish options to match your interiors.

Yes. Our UPVC frames have multi-chamber profiles that trap air and act as natural insulators. Combined with double-glazed glass options, they significantly reduce heat transfer — lowering your air-conditioning and heating costs. They also provide excellent sound insulation, reducing outside noise by up to 40 dB.

Yes, we offer integrated mosquito mesh systems that are designed to fit seamlessly with our UPVC windows and doors. Options include fixed screens, retractable roll screens, and pleated folding screens — all using fine fiberglass or stainless steel mesh that allows airflow while keeping insects out.

Installation time depends on the scope of work. For a standard residential project (4–8 windows and 2 doors), installation is typically completed within 1–2 days. Larger projects such as office partitions or full-building installations are scheduled in phases and may take 3–7 days. We provide a clear timeline estimate after the site visit.

Absolutely. We provide a free, no-obligation site survey where our technician visits your premises to take accurate measurements, assess the existing structure, and recommend the best product options for your space and budget. The survey typically takes 30–60 minutes.

Yes. Most of our installations are replacements for existing wooden or aluminium frames. Our team carefully removes the old frames, prepares the opening, and installs the new UPVC frames with proper sealing and finishing — leaving no visible damage to the surrounding walls. We handle all civil touch-up work as part of our service.

We are based in Durg, Chhattisgarh and primarily serve Durg, Bhilai, Raipur, and surrounding areas. For larger projects, we can extend our service reach. Please contact us to discuss your location and project requirements.

UPVC frames are very low-maintenance. Simply wipe them down with a damp cloth and mild soapy water every few months. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals as they can damage the surface. The hardware (hinges, locks) should be lubricated with a light machine oil or silicone spray once a year to keep them operating smoothly.

Our UPVC profiles are manufactured with UV stabilisers and titanium dioxide, which protect against discolouration from prolonged sun exposure. Under normal conditions and with basic cleaning, the frames will retain their colour and finish for 20+ years. Low-quality UPVC from cheaper manufacturers may yellow, which is why using a reputed supplier matters.

Minor misalignment is usually caused by loose hinges or a latch that needs adjustment — this is a simple fix. Most UPVC hardware has adjustment screws that allow fine-tuning of the sash position without tools. If the issue persists, contact us and our service team will diagnose and fix it promptly, especially if the product is within the warranty period.

Pricing is based on several factors: dimensions of the opening, profile system (number of chambers), glass type (single, double, or tinted glazing), hardware grade, colour/finish, and the quantity ordered. We provide a detailed, itemised quotation after the site survey so you know exactly what you are paying for with no hidden charges.

We provide a 10-year warranty on UPVC profiles against manufacturing defects, discolouration, and structural failure. Hardware and fittings carry a 2-year warranty. Installation workmanship is covered for 1 year. Warranty claims are handled directly by our team — no third-party runaround.

Yes, we offer flexible payment schedules for larger projects. Typically, a percentage is paid as advance at order confirmation, and the balance is settled upon completion of installation. For very large contracts, milestone-based payment plans can be arranged. Contact us to discuss what works best for your project.
